I understand that Fairways for Warriors is a nonprofit organization open to veterans who have served in combat and their families. I agree to allow FFW to use any pictures/videos taken at FFW events in which I appear on the website, brochures, and other FFW media. I will not hold FFW responsible for injuries that might occur at FFW events. To the best of my knowledge all information I have provided is correct. I understand according to the Stolen Valor Act it is a crime for a person to fraudulently claim having received any of a series of particular military decorations with the intention of obtaining money, property, or other tangible benefit from convincing someone that he or she rightfully did receive that award.
