How Information is Used.

Fairways for Warriors uses contact data to maintain records of donations, send acknowledgements, email tax statements to you, send newsletters, and for internal marketing purposes.

We may add your information to our event specific mailing list unless you request otherwise.

We do NOT list individuals' names in ANY of our publications.

Corporate and Foundation sponsors are listed in our Annual Report and event programs. If given to us, we may use your written comments/letters occasionally to post on our website and social media (in an anonymous fashion), and to respond to your inquiries.

Credit card numbers are NOT retained once processed.

Our website has a SSL certificate for security.

No Sharing of Personal Information.

Fairways for Warriors will NOT sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside organizations. Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of Fairways for Warriors and only to further the mission of Fairways for Warriors. We have the needed security measures in place for preventing online disclosure of personal information. However, these measures may not prevent all data losses.
